The artists presented, Alain Cantarel, Charles Chirinian, Biliana K. Voden Aboutaam, of diametrically opposed expressions, have nevertheless in common a taste for perfection and a sense of using geometric structures.

In what the bronze sculptures of Alain Cantarel are concerned, where symmetry and asymmetry offer multiple possibilities, they caress the eye and the imaginary. They are matter of seduction with their shimmering of gold and light, playing with the patinated turquoise or black metal, alternating brilliance and unpolished surfaces. The mobiles, artfully imagined, with composing elements articulated around a stem, can easily be moved, with a light pressure of a finger or a hand, creating now and then different spatial configurations. This is all the magic of the works of Alain Cantarel, which seem to be alive, bathed with light, conceived in a language of poetry, beauty and sensuality to which the artist is deeply attached.

In a very different way, since it is pictorial, the recent kinetic combinations of Charles Chirinian, are equally mobile, but in this case in two dimensionality. With an explosion of colours talentedly organized, the artist proposes works divided in many modules, each one composed by squares, circles and triangles, sometimes with spirals. The astonishing work of Charles Chirinian permits thus to combine the modules with one each other, in order to create each time a different version of the same painting. The number of possible combinations, quasi infinite allow, with a nine-module painting, to create around two milliards of variants ! A whole life would not be sufficient to explore all of them !

Biliana K. Voden Aboutaam, an absolute adept of new technologies proposes, in what she is concerned, totally unusual and unprecedented works, composed with digital mass, a material obtained through various and heterogeneous sources found on the net. This approach allows the artist to explore out of norms and out of references territories, giving full liberty to her abundant imaginary. Paradoxically however, wandering all over the world, inspired by ancestral soils, questioning about the civilizations that have built our contemporary world, the artist feels the necessity to anchor her work into these points, cultivating also aesthetic and fascination.
